Project Summary

Orange County Public Schools (OCPS) has one of the largest construction programs in the U.S. The district includes more than 185 schools and 203,000 students. OCPS has constructed more than 40 new schools since 2003 to accommodate the district’s growth and relieve overcrowding. The district continues to build new schools and facilities or renovate existing schools.

Hanson serves as a continuing contract commissioning authority for OCPS. Since 2014, Hanson has received more than 100 task orders for commissioning and retro-commissioning services and conducted a variety of investigations, analysis and studies for new and existing schools.
