Our educational assistance plan, which we offer to all full- and part-time employees, provides up to $5,250 per year for college-level classes. We also support our leadership with annual off-site training sessions, and our employees at every level can participate in virtual courses through Hanson University, our learning management system. The Hanson University database includes a wide variety of topics, ranging from software and technical skills to soft skills and safety training.
We also prioritize young minds with Grow Our Own, Shadow Hanson and STL Next Gen, our educational outreach programs for aspiring engineers from middle school through high school. Connecting early with our staff mentors can instill a love of engineering and technology and lead to college-level opportunities in our summer internship program — which can result in full-time employment with us!
