Ronda Folkerts

Ronda Folkerts joined Hanson in 2018 and serves as an executive vice president and the firm’s chief financial officer. With her oversight of Hanson’s financial operations, including accounting, financial reporting, budget preparation, tax reporting and the treasury function, Ronda strives to further Hanson’s growth and profitability objectives. She has been a strategic partner with sales and operations to enhance financial performance through the optimization of metrics and cash management. Ronda serves on the boards of directors for Hanson Group and Hanson Professional Services.

Ronda has 30 years of finance, accounting and operations management, with much of that time spent in vice president roles at the divisional, regional and corporate levels. Prior to Hanson, she was corporate vice president of finance for H.D. Smith, where she provided leadership and fostered collaboration among sales, operations, finance and corporate teams to improve profitability.

Ronda serves as treasurer for the Lincoln Land Community College Foundation Board and on the audit committee for the Community Foundation for the Land of Lincoln.
