Mina Biggs
Mina leads the Human Resources strategy across the business. Hanson's chief people officer and a senior vice president, she focuses on developing creative and insightful initiatives that positively impact our people.

Mina and her team support the pulse of Hanson – its employees. Her team not only addresses the day-to-day HR operational matters, but they consistently drive change and influence Hanson's business. From an award-winning internship program to competitive benefit offerings to motivating leadership initiatives, they enhance the company's performance and capabilities.
Mina joined Hanson in 2015 and serves as a member of the company's board and executive committee. She has held a position as an advisory board member and volunteered as an E-Mentor for Northern Illinois University since 2008. She’s also a been board member for the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Central Illinois since 2019 and has served as its HR Committee Chair, co-led its CEO search and helped with the grand opening of the new Ronald McDonald House of Peoria.
