Michael Holland, P.E., and Davy Palmer, P.E., CFM, recently celebrated five years at Hanson Professional Services Inc.’s Jacksonville, Florida, office. They joined the firm in 2014.
Holland, a senior transportation engineer, is the technical lead for a variety of local and state government roadway design projects across Florida and the Southeast. He received a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering in 1990 from the University of Florida and is a licensed professional engineer in Florida.
Palmer had been a special consultant at Hanson before becoming a full-time project engineer. He provides drainage analysis, design and permitting services for transportation projects. He received bachelor’s degrees in physics from Jacksonville University in 1998 and in civil engineering from the University of Florida in 2001. He is a licensed professional engineer and certified floodplain manager in Florida.
