Murdock celebrates 30 years at Hanson’s headquarters
SPRINGFIELD, Ill. — Kevin Murdock, resident project representative, recently celebrated 30 years of service at Hanson Professional Services Inc.’s Springfield headquarters.
Murdock, who joined the company in 1988, provides oversight for pavement overlays, new construction on asphalt and concrete pavements and the design and installation of airport lighting systems. He has served as a resident engineer for numerous runway rehabilitations and airfield electrical projects at airports in Illinois.
Murdock earned an associate degree in pre-engineering in 1985 from Lincoln Land Community College and a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering technology in 1987 from Southern Illinois University Carbondale.
