Zolcak celebrates 15 years at Hanson’s Indianapolis office
INDIANAPOLIS — Robert Zolcak, P.E., structural engineer, recently celebrated 15 years of service with Hanson Professional Services Inc.’s Indianapolis office.
Prior to joining Hanson in 2000, he worked for an architectural and engineering firm in Indianapolis, where he designed bridges, performed structural inventory and appraisal inspections for more than 100 bridges on the Indiana Toll Road and was an on-site project engineer for several bridge rehabilitation projects.
At Hanson, he provides design services for bridges, roadways, storage tanks and structural steel for buildings. He also inspects bridges and levees. He has worked on multiple bridge and roadway improvements for the Indiana Department of Transportation, including the relocation of U.S. 231 in West Lafayette, Ind., and a new interchange on Indiana 49 at Vale Park Road in Valparaiso, Ind.
Zolcak earned a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering in 1989 from Purdue University. He is a licensed professional engineer in Indiana. He is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers and its Structural Engineering Institute.
