Schweizer marks 10 years at Hanson’s headquarters
SPRINGFIELD, Ill. — Kyle Schweizer, P.E., aviation engineer, recently celebrated 10 years of service at Hanson Professional Services Inc.’s Springfield headquarters.
Schweizer joined the company in 2007 and has provided planning, design and construction services for more than 200 projects at over 50 airports across Illinois and nationwide, including an extension to Runway 7-25 at Rochelle Municipal Airport, the rubblization of Runway 11-29 at Coles County Memorial Airport in Mattoon and stormwater management system improvements at Naples Municipal Airport in Florida. He also was the airport representative for security improvements and the relocation of the main entrance at Abraham Lincoln Capital Airport in Springfield.
Schweizer received a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering in 2007 from Southern Illinois University Carbondale. He is a licensed professional engineer in Illinois.
