Palmer becomes full-time project engineer at Hanson
JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — Davy Palmer, P.E., CFM, recently became a full-time project engineer at Hanson Professional Services Inc.’s Jacksonville office.
Prior to joining the firm as a part-time special consultant in 2014, Palmer was a drainage engineer for firms in Jacksonville. He provides drainage analysis, design and permitting services for transportation projects for clients including the city of Jacksonville, Jacksonville Transportation Authority and Florida Department of Transportation.
Palmer received bachelor’s degrees in physics from Jacksonville University and in civil engineering from the University of Florida. He is a licensed professional engineer and certified floodplain manager in Florida.
