Hanson hires new human resources manager
SPRINGFIELD, Ill. — Rob Ardoin, human resources manager, recently joined Hanson Professional Services Inc.’s Springfield headquarters. He will replace Tracye O’Connor, who has been with the firm since 1997 and is retiring in December. In leading the human resources (HR) department’s day-to-day operations, he will provide a strategic focus in executing its initiatives.
Prior to joining Hanson, Ardoin was the human resources business partner for H. D. Smith Specialty Solutions in Springfield, where he led several key HR initiatives. He also was a recruiter for Memorial Health System in Springfield and a senior corporate trainer for staffing company Keepers Inc. in Alexandria, Virginia.
Ardoin received a bachelor’s degree in photography and printmaking from Loyola University New Orleans and a master’s degree in human resources management from Marymount University.
