McLaughlin celebrates 15 years of service at Hanson
MONEE, Ill. — Maribeth McLaughlin, senior land acquisition agent, recently celebrated 15 years of service at Hanson Professional Services Inc.’s Chicago – Will County office.
McLaughlin, who joined Hanson in 2008, is involved in a variety of work for the South Suburban Airport project, including research for the documentation and production of an airport master plan; quality assurance and quality control for rentals and receivables regarding agricultural, commercial, residential and hangar leases; and the coordination of leasehold tax payments with the Will County Supervisor of Assessments Office and Will County Treasurer’s Office. She is responsible for establishing the process and obtaining avigation easements for the airport area safety program at Bowman Field in Louisville, Kentucky; acquiring property for a taxiway expansion at Taylor County Airport in Campbellsville, Kentucky; and coordinating with the Tri-Cities Airport in Blountville, Tennessee, to acquire properties for land use and obstruction removal and mitigation to meet Federal Aviation Administration requirements.
McLaughlin is a member of the International Right of Way Association.
